Brinkman joined VIZIO as the Vice President of Operations. He brings with him an extensive knowledge and expertise in the sales and distribution of high definition TVs and video monitors. Mr. Brinkman has day-to-day operational responsibilities for VIZIO’s forward logistics, customer service and technical support. One of his key responsibilities is the development of the new organizational structure that is required for VIZIO to attract more customers and grow into new territories. With an extensive background in business management for high sales volume companies, Mr. Brinkman joins VIZIO after four years with Princeton Digital where he was the President from 2006 until the company recently licensed the brand to a key supplier. From 2002-2003 he was the Executive Vice President at Micro Warehouse, where he was responsible for product marketing, purchasing and distribution for the direct marketer. Prior to this, Mr. Brinkman spent eleven years in various high-level positions at the worldwide computer products direct marketer, Insight Enterprises, Inc. where he handled operations at one time or another for North America, the United Kingdom and Germany. He received his BS in Computer Mathematics and Business Administration from Northern Arizona University. On October 9, 2007, Eunice Tseng joined VIZIO as the Vice President of Management Information Systems (MIS). Ms. Tseng brings with her a background in the implementation of computer accounting systems and supervising accounting departments. One of her key responsibilities is to ensure VIZIO's internal infrastructure can handle the expected increase in worldwide sales and the addition of new customers and business partners. Ms Tseng held the position of International Accounting Manager at Broadcom Corporation and has also served as the Director of Finance for Mag Innovision. She holds a BS of Business Administration in Data Processing and Accounting. John Schindler joined VIZIO on November 26, 2007 as the Vice President of New Products. His twelve-year tenure with Gateway included product management for the company's $3 billion dollars in annual revenue, product marketing and the development of wireless home networking programs. These experiences make him uniquely qualified to head up the product development for the next generation of VIZIO products that will incorporate forward-thinking designs and concepts. He holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Western Michigan University. In February, Kyle Wescoat joined VIZIO as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. He will be responsible for VIZIO's financial function in anticipation of the Company's continued growth into new markets, additional customers and broader global partnerships. Mr. Wescoat is a well-respected, senior administrative executive and CFO with more than 25 years of experience with several companies including two NASDAQ listed consumer products companies, Vans and Cherokee. Most recently, he was the Chief Administrative Officer for the Los Angeles Dodgers baseball team. Mr. Wescoat is a graduate of Drexel University and holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Michigan. The most recent appointment was John Morriss on February 18, 2008, as the Vice President of Partner Management. He brings with him over 22 years of experience in building market share, driving revenues and delivering profits in worldwide markets for high-tech companies. His new responsibilities at VIZIO are to develop long-term and cooperative business partnerships with other global corporations to facilitate an industry leading international supply chain that will accelerate VIZIO’s expansion into new markets throughout the world. Mr. Morriss was previously with Hewlett Packard where he served as the Vice President and General Manager for the Displays Business Unit from 2004-2007 and before that was the General Manager for their Americas Workstations Business Unit.
