As the day goes on, the amount of light that enters a given window changes continually. Using the supplied remote control, the Stewart Black Out Shade can be adjusted individually or as part of a group of window shades. In fact, the Stewart Black Out Shade can be fully integrated into automated building management control systems and energy compliant Pilot RQ. The motorized shade can create a total blackout effect (when using blackout fabric) and the Light Lock kit creates side and bottom sill channels to prevent light from even entering at the edges of the shade.
The Stewart Black Out Shade is engineered to be simple to install, easy to operate, and pleasing to look at. The Stewart Black Out Shade is whisper quiet, using the latest in quiet-motor technology including Lutron QS and Legacy 120v motors. Stewart supplies their exclusive mounting hardware and fascia. A Headbox Pocket system is also available for recessing the roller into the ceiling or as a valance above the window.
When the shade is installed, the hem-bar can be exposed or enclosed based on preference. The Stewart Black Out Shade is completely customizable to match the style and color of the customer's existing décor with a Mermet shade fabric designed for durability. Other fabrics are also available upon request.
The Stewart Black Out Shade is a perfect compliment to Stewart's stylish and designer friendly Cabaret Screen, which unobtrusively brings front screen projection into any decor.
